It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information given at the time of booking. DLC will not be responsible for any loss as a result of incorrect information given at time of booking.
A written or e-mail confirmation will be will be provided for all bookings except those made within 48 hours of travel. It is the customers responsibility to check the details of their booking are correct to the confirmation.
Any costs incurred by DLC, due to incorrect information will be charged to the customer.
In the event of flight delays or cancellations, it is the customers responsibility to inform DLC, by using the emergency contact number of 07967 620620. Any additional costs incurred will be charge to the customer at the discretion of DLC.
In the interest of safety the driver has the right to refuse to carry any passengers he believes will be a nuisance or danger to himself and any other passengers.
The customer shall be liable for any costs involved in repair or cleaning of the vehicle in the event of damage or soiling caused by the customer or a member of their party.
It is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian to fit any child seats into the vehicle. DLC will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from incorrectly fitted child seats.
DLC reserve the right to substitute the booked vehicle with a vehicle of similar or larger size/capacity. Also to use other operators to fulfill its obligations should the need arise.
Prices charged allow for one collection and one drop off point only. Extra collection and drop off points can be added, but will incur an additional cost.
Bookings cancelled or changed within 24 hours of original date or time are subject to full charge.
Bookings cancelled 1-3 days prior to original date/time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have allowed enough time for their journey. DLC are happy to suggest appropriate time , but cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances.
Whilst all drivers are happy to assist with luggage it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure they have all luggage and documents needed with them in the vehicle at the time of departure.
All customers arriving at airports and seaports will be met in the arrivals hall by the driver, unless other instructions are given at time of booking.
All drivers will be displaying an DLC board with either the passengers name or the name of their company.
Parking for one hour at the relevant rate for the airport/seaport will be charged at the time of booking. Should this be exceeded then the customer will be liable for the additional cost of parking and any additional waiting time.
For corporate clients with an account, payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
For non account corporate and private clients cleared payment must be received prior to commencement of journey.
